Subscription Program
C & C Fresh Produce offers subscription-based access to fresh poultry and seasonal produce. Our subscription program allows customers to receive farm products on a regular weekly schedule while helping the farm plan production responsibly.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed according to the selected subscription schedule at checkout. Customers authorize recurring billing for the subscription product they choose.
Charges will be processed automatically using the payment method provided during checkout.
Managing Your Subscription
Customers may manage their subscription through their customer account portal. This includes:
• Updating payment methods
• Skipping upcoming deliveries or pickups
• Pausing or canceling a subscription
Any changes to subscriptions should be made before the next billing cycle.
Product Availability
Farm products are subject to seasonal availability and production limits. In the event a specific item becomes unavailable due to weather, harvest conditions, or livestock production factors, substitutions may occur when appropriate.
Cancellation
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account portal or by contacting customer support.
Cancellation requests should be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.
