How does the farm subscription work?
Our subscription system allows customers to receive fresh poultry, goat meat, and seasonal produce directly from the farm on a regular schedule. By subscribing, customers secure access to our weekly farm production while helping us plan harvest and preparation responsibly.
What products do you offer?
C & C Fresh Produce offers:
• Fresh whole chickens
• Goat meat (when available)
• Seasonal produce such as callaloo, okra, scotch bonnet peppers, pumpkin, and other vegetables
Product availability may change depending on harvest and seasonal conditions.
How fresh are the products?
Our products are prepared or harvested specifically for the customers we serve each week. This approach helps ensure customers receive food that is fresher than typical grocery store supply chains.

Do you offer shipping?
Yes. Shipping options depend on the type of product ordered.
Poultry and goat meat ship via UPS Next Day Air to maintain proper temperature control.
Fresh produce ships via UPS Ground, which typically arrives within 1–2 days in Florida.
Shipping generally occurs on Wednesday and Thursday.
Why are poultry and produce shipped separately?
For food safety reasons, poultry and goat meat are shipped separately from fresh produce. This helps prevent cross contamination and allows each product type to be packaged appropriately.
Can I customize my produce box?
Yes. Customers can build their produce box by selecting the vegetables they want from the available produce collection.
Can I manage or cancel my subscription?
Yes. Customers may manage their subscription through their customer account portal. This includes updating payment methods, pausing deliveries, or canceling a subscription.
What happens if a product is unavailable?
Farm products are subject to seasonal and production conditions. If an item becomes unavailable due to weather or harvest conditions, substitutions may occur when appropriate.
